Ian Sanders and Megan O'Leary are the founders of ExotiKite Kiteboarding School. ExotiKite was the first kiteboarding school on the East Cape of Baja. Together, Ian and Megan offer over 20 years of teaching experience.
Our mission at ExotiKite Kiteboarding School is to provide each student with a safe and successful learning environment. It is our intention to keep teaching as close to the way that we have been taught as possible, while allowing for changes in the equipment and advancements in teaching techniques. It is incumbent for our teachers to always act responsibly and with the student's best interest in mind. We will continue to create safe and independent riders who can kiteboard at any location responsibly.

ExotiKite Kiteboarding School uses only IKO certified instructors. All of our instructors are trained in First Aid and CPR. We use the most recent teaching techniques and equipment, including jet-ski assistance, radio helmets, and North Kiteboarding brand kites and bars that are equipped with total de-power ability.
